Management Team

Members of the RTI management team have worked collectively in the employee benefits field for over 75 years, and together for more than 15. We bring not only our individual areas of knowledge, but also our ability to work together to develop effective strategies and bring resources to bear in implementing appropriate benefit plans for our clients. We work hard, hand in hand, with our clients in creating passionate attitudes and an understanding about basic family security needs such as medical, life, disability and retirement insurance. Additionally, we provide professional advice in other areas of Health Care Reform and human resources management to help companies address the myriad of issues that all companies face today.

Our consultants and underwriters are supported by a technical group of highly qualified analysts, clerical and administrative personnel. Our team approach, coupled with our experience, enables the professionals at RTI Employee Benefit Programs to provide the quality and level of service necessary for our clients to administer their employee benefits program in today's competitive market.
